I've loved baking since I was a little kid, sitting beside my grandmother and eagerly watching cooking shows. Although my grandmother wasn't a baker, she was my biggest supporter as I taught myself the basics from a Betty Crocker cookbook.

My Quest for the Perfect Cookie

A few years ago, I caught the baking bug again and started experimenting with all sorts of recipes. My game-changer was tasting a New York-style cookie for the first time. I was hooked and set out on a mission to create the perfect cookie. That's how Posie Bake House was born—a place where each cookie is an exquisitely crafted masterpiece, often large and sometimes even stuffed.

More than Just Cookies

In 2001, I stumbled upon a recipe that eventually became my "World Peace Cookies." The cookies were so good, one doctor even said that if every world leader had one, there'd be global peace. Though I've since lost that particular recipe, the impact it had on people has stuck with me. I want every cookie that comes out of Posie Bake House to bring the same sense of delight.

My Philosophy

To me, a cookie is not just food; it's an event, a moment to remember. I meticulously ensure each cookie meets my exceptionally high standards, and I pride myself on offering a diverse menu. From the gourmand searching for cardamom and lemon to the child enchanted by birthday cake, I want to have something for everyone.
